This year we have launched a new venture, this time a niche financial recruitment site that specialises in the niche of Finance Directors either in London or Birmingham UK, we are working closely with a larger recruitment firm so we can place candidates or source candidates that we have issues matching up otherwise.

It has been a great success so far and we have nearly 25 vacancies live with many more in the pipeline.

The profession at senior level continues to be male dominated which is a shame as I like dealing with strong and intelligent women, but you have to take the applicants as they come in and match them as best as possible.

We have some European contracts at the moment also which is pretty exciting also.
